Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre Terms of Trade


By using you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. All website transactions with Regent Lawnmower & Cycles will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are always correct on our website, mistakes can occur from time to time. If this is the case, Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre will notify you of the error and you will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre for any transactions through this website.

All prices displayed on our website are in NZ Dollars and include GST.

Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre uses DPS for all online credit card payments. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. DPS is New Zealand’s largest and most preferred gateway provider.

The liability of Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre for any loss, damage, or injury arising directly, specially, consequentially or otherwise from any defect of the goods is limited to the replacement or repair of such goods. Other action in favour of the buyer will be at the option of Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre.

All Claims will be treated fairly and the terms of warranty as stated by the manufacturer or supplier will be binding.


We will endeavour to dispatch all orders received within 1-2 working days of receiving payment for your order. If the requested product is out of stock, you will be notified and will be extended the option to cancel, change your order or wait for the product to become available.

We use NZ Couriers for delivery of goods. Cost of shipping is $9.50 Standard and $13.50 for Rural Delivery NZ wide. We do not deliver to overseas addresses.


If you receive a product that is damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the product please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement. We expect the product to be returned to us ‘unused’, in its original packaging, using the same method as the initial delivery. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. If your returns request is approved a replacement will be sent or a refund will be made.

We respect your privacy. We will never disclose, share or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We only collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will remain strictly confidential. Should you ever want your details removed from our database, simply let us know and we will process your request immediately.


If a customer has filled out and signed one of Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre account credit application forms, and Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre has accepted this & opened their account, then the following terms apply to that customer, in addition to the terms and conditions already listed on this page. Payment shall be made on the 20th day of the month following delivery. Any extended credit arrangement must have Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre written approval before the goods are supplied. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts at a rate determined by Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre. Ownership of the goods does not pass to the buyer until payment has been made in full. If payment is not made in full by the due date, Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre has the right to retake possession of the goods, or at Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre discretion, recover from the customer all cost and expenses of or incurred by Lawnmower Sales & Service Centre in collecting the overdue accounts, including debt collection costs and legal costs.
